A great destination for families, couples and friends, Villa Bonita offers a relaxed beach house atmosphere with all the amenities of a high rise. brbr2025 will see a new and improved Villa Bonita! Work on the new roof is finishing at the end of May and at that time we will install a new air conditioning system with a new mini split ac to keep the upstairs bedroom cool and comfortable during the hottest south Texas days. In addition, check out the new children's SPLASH PAD just outside our door. It is great for parents too, because you can sit in the jacuzzi while the kids play. Like all children's activities, you absolutly MUST be present while the kids play because the jacuzzi is 4 feet deep. We are committed to offering a reasonably priced vacation for families, because with four children of our own, we know how hard it can be to get away.brbrThree spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath, and a distribution that allows larger groups privacy and shared space, it is an ideal place to reconnect with the people who are important in our lives. The two downstairs bedrooms have two queen-sized beds and the upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, so ten people can sleep comfortably. Each bedroom also has a TV. Eat in or eat out- the full service kitchen is stocked with what you need to feed the whole crew. Enjoy barbecuing on the infrared grill on the balcony while you take in the Gulf view. The dining area seats six and has additional seating for three along the bar. The large flat-screen TV in the living room with an expanded cable package ensures you won't miss any plays on game day. Villa Bonita has lots of extras to make your stay more enjoyable like a washer/dryer in the unit, a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a full sunshade, sand toys and assorted beach-friendly toys like a kite, soccer ball, frisbee, etc. There are three balconies that face the beach and the pool with some outdoor seating. One thing to be aware of when you come to Villa Bonita is that the spacious units like ours are located on the third floor, which is an easy walk up with low wooden stairs. brbrYou won't have far to walk, though because our condo is right next to the children's fenced play area, with a large playscape, and plenty of room to kick around a soccer ball or play frisbee. There is ample parking right in front of our condo, so it is easy to load and unload all the important vacation stuff! Villa Bonita looks out to the new pool and jacuzzi but is situated in a way that is also very private. One unique feature of Bahia Mar, the property where we are located, is that it has a large deck that runs along the beachfront with comfy sofas and deck chairs, which are perfect for watching the sunrise or the waves roll in. Villa Bonita is about 200 feet from the beach, so it is easy to enjoy everything this newly renovated property has to offer.brbrPlease, no renters under age 25.
