Direct beach access is the highlight of this 2BR/2BA condo. Conveniences include reserved parking and elevator access. Sleep up to six with a sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area. Both spacious bedrooms feature a private en-suite bath.

Lounge around the shared outdoor pool and hot tub. (PLEASE NOTE: The pool is temporarily unavailable through October 8, 2018.) Walk directly from the poolside to the Gulf shore, bringing along the beach umbrella and chairs provided for guests.

Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony, and then head out for breakfast at one of several nearby restaurants. Get active with a lesson at Air Padre Kiteboarding, or spend an afternoon at Schlitterbahn Water Park.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This condo is great for a couples’ getaway or a family vacation. The open-concept space is kept cool and comfortable with central air.

In the living area, host a movie night—choose one from the DVD collection and watch it on the 32” TV.

The full kitchen provides everything you’ll need to cook and eat in. Gather for meals at the dining table for four; there are also two bar stools at the counter—ideal for a quick breakfast or snack.

Guests staying in the king-size master bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bath. The queen-size guest room features a 21” TV and an en-suite bath. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower configuration.

Sleep an additional two guests on the sleeper sofa—they will enjoy waking up to natural sunlight streaming through the sliding glass balcony doors.

Reserved parking for one vehicle is included.

Spring Break
During spring break wristbands may be required with extra fees. Families only or all guests must be 25 or older.

*******During March everyone staying in this unit must have a wristband. It is $25 per wristband, exact cash only. You must come to the Vacasa office at 1817 Padre Blvd. Ste. 3 to purchase the wristbands. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or evictions. The office is open 9 am to 6 pm ********

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Direct beach access is mere steps from your South Padre Island condo. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance (less than a mile). Head to World Flavors Coffee House or Groovi Smoothi for a quick and easy breakfast before enjoying local outdoor activities, like a kiteboarding lesson or a trip to Schlitterbahn Water Park (10 minutes).

    Wonderful property with ocean views and street view so you can enjoy the sun into the evening. It had plenty of appliances for cooking. This property would be superb if it had its own washer and dryer inside the condo.

    We absolutely loved this home and it's location to the beach! The balcony is huge and we could all sit outside together. We enjoyed the perfect view and sound of the beach. When we cooked, the kitchen had what we needed. The pool was great after a day at the beach. It was in the shade later in the day and we could still swim. We are already trying to plan another trip to this condo! ?Parking is in the shaded garage, has an elevator and luggage carts for you to use. Book it and you will be glad you did.

    I go to South Padre like twice a year and this is my favorite property so far. The view was great and communication with management was readily available. I would rent this place again!

    We’ve stayed at this property before and love it. This was our first time in this particular unit, which is managed by Vacasa and not some of other local management companies. The check in/out process is fully remote, you never see or speak to another person - just get a series of emails/texts with instructions. The unit was good, fantastic location steps from the beach. Beds are comfortable, no discernible noise from other units but we did hear noise from the street. The provided box fans were great for drowning out noise at night. Dishwasher does not work, as the soap compartment is fused shut. We were a party of five who preferred to eat in, so hand-washing dishes for six days was a little frustrating. There is a minimal supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, so be prepared to bring your own or make a run to the supermarket. We noticed ants in the kitchen on our first day but they disappeared after a few hours. Make sure you leave promptly by check out time, as the door codes are changed immediately at 10 am. Thankfully we were packed and loaded by then, else we might have been locked out. Despite some inconveniences, you can’t beat the location. Overall our stay was good.

    This was our first time in South Padre, and we loved it. The property is right on the beach, with a lovely ocean view and sunrise. A little work was being done on the beach when we got there, but it was cleaned and out of the way that night. The home was clean, with plenty of dishes and a full kitchen for cooking. There were no paper towels, so make sure you bring your own. The rooms were comfy, though the mattresses were a bit worn. Mine was some memory foam that cratered each night, so I had to change the side of the bed I was sleeping on. The wifi had to be reset several times, and the TVs were tiny. Otherwise, the location is fantastic, and the instructions were self-explanatory.
