Balcony overlooks the beach and beach access is very easy. Great host and location. Look forward to visiting again.

This condo is in a perfect location right on the beach with a very large balcony. Property was extremely clean. We will definitely rent here again if we ever get back to SPI.

Jessica is a perfect host, She left us a welcome bottle of wine it was just the beginning of a perfect stay. The condo was very clean, check in was very easy, and the condo was very nicely stocked with plenty of essentials. The patio has a awesome view and was perfect for a sunrise and relaxing listening to the waves at night. This was my husband and I best vacation. If you are thinking of going to South Padrae Island Texas this is the place to stay.

This condo is perfect for a beachside stay. We left the Chicagoland area looking for sun and ocean and we found what we were looking for. Jessica is a wonderful hostess who is very accessible and a great communicator. We shall return!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. The view of the Gulf was amazing. The condo being close to about everything was perfect for getting out for a quick bite to eat, or checking out something else to do. We will definitely rent this unit again if available.

I was here for a work trip so it was nice to come “home” to a great view with the amenities needed. Owner is a great communicator and I hope I left their home as good or better as when I left.

Liked condo but building is old & elevators a big problem

All around a perfect little getaway! The unit is well taken care of, beautiful view from the balcony. The host has the kitchen well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, and the assorted coffee options were wonderful for our mornings on the balcony! The host provided a list of available food/drink options within walking distance on the beach and surrounding area. All in all, the unit was well suited for our trip with our pups, and we will definitely make this a yearly trip!

This condo had everything!! Thank you to the hosts for leaving complimentary wine. Everything was spotless. And the view was amazing . I really enjoyed spending my birthday weekend here!

Unfortunately for us the stay did not start off well when we realized that the unit was not cleaned properly prior to our stay. In turn we had to clean the bathroom , vacuum, and mop the floors ourselves. Although we appreciate allowing dogs for this rental, it’s imperative that a good and proper clean is done after each rental. In our case that was not exhibited as the floors and rugs were covered in dog hair and other debris. The floors had not been mopped and many of the dishes still had food particles on them. Also it would be nice to have a second key. We asked the building manager but they said there was only one. This meant we had to coordinate our schedules instead of being able to freely access the unit. Overall we had a nice time as the location and access to the beach is great.

Love the views the balcony the sunrise totally worth it. Super clean really felt like at home. Will definitely stay again.
