Home in Downtown with Shared Pool, Near Beach, Golf Cart Access

Property fairly close to listing. Remotes and TVs a little confusing. Overall great and all enjoyed being together.

Condo was exactly as listed. Beach is a couple blocks from the condo, walking distance. Convenience store right across the street. Rooms are spacious, comfortable living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with plateware, cookware, utensils, etc. Cold AC is a super plus! There is a golf cart rental right next door, which is a must when visiting Port A. Condo has colorful vibrant colors throughout. Community pool was clean. Will be back! Ly

Overall it is a great place and ! would recommend staying at this location. Check in was easy and parking was not a problem. We had a group of 10 and had plenty of space for sleeping and moving about. The place is very cute and we had a a great time playing games at the large table. The outside seating was very convenient and comfortable. The pool is nice and very close by. We also loved that the unit is a short walk to everything you could want or need. We would give a 5 star review but we did have a couple of issues in the unit. We tried to use the broiler to make toast (no toaster in the unit) but when we set the function dial to broil and set the temp to broiler the unit never turned on. It seems pretty self explanatory but since it's a newer oven maybe we were doing something wrong. We kept hearing a beep from the oven so maybe a guide to the oven operation would have helped??? We made a point to chose a unit with a BBQ and had bought everything to grill burgers for dinner. Unfortunately, the outdoor garden lights were not working so we had a hard time cooking in the dark. My brother had a tester and confirmed the GFI that the lights are plugged into was not working. I sent a maintenance request on the app but no one ever showed up to repair it. I also had to wash many of the dishes as they did appear as though they had been run through a dishwasher without being rinsed off, something the cleaning service should watch for.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach and local restaurant's. The public pool was great for the kids. It has lots of seating and shade. Unfortunately the pool quality degraded over the weekend with lots of use from the complex. The beds were comfortable with ample space for everyone to sleep. The bathrooms had a sufficient quantity of towels for use, but no beach towels if you are planning your next stay. The common area could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The floors left our feet very black within minutes and there wasn’t any way for us to clean again ourselves. Overall I would recommend it for families.

Floors, bar stools, linen and couch’s were extremely stained.

Great location! Easy walk to everything. May be difficult for elderly to navigate stairs and elevated built in beds. Adorable decorations!

This place was in a great location, easy access to the beach. The condo looks better on the inside then the outside. The king beds are very firm, the queen beds are super soft. There is not a green egg bbq pit but there is a gas grill. Overall was a great place and would stay again

Plenty of room for the 14 family members. All amenities needed were included. Great decorations with a beach theme. Clean- no ocean smell! Porch front and back was nice. Pool was wonderful. Within walking distance of everything needed. Less than half mile from the beach. Communication with manager was never a problem. Check in and check out was easy. Loved our beach vacation.

We were a group of 8 and stayed at the house and it was a perfect stay for us! Plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms and enough kitchen needs for us all! Great location to town and the beach, the unit is a corner unit so perfect parking situation if you’re traveling with a boat! Would definitely stay again with a group!

Had a wonderful stay! Had plenty of cookware and utensils. Everything was perfect!
