Kitchen pots and pans were horrible to cook with. Grill wouldn't get hot enough and the flames were too far from the grate. Hard to light. Grill too far from kitchen, down three flights of stairs, total of 31 flights of stairs back and forth from kitchen to grill for one meal.

This place is absolutely stunning! this stay was our third stay at this house and we have adopted it as our place for our summer vacation to the beach. I highly recommend it if you have a large gathering of family and friends!

Annual vacation for our family of 18, ranging 66 to 1 yr- at least the third stay in this rental. Suits our needs perfectly. Location is outstanding and the home is just incredible. Always clean and well appointed for us. Looking forward to the next time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. The house was spacious, spotless, and had all the comforts of home — plus plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The pool was a huge hit with our family; we spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the sun. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved being able to go back and forth so easily. In the evenings, we enjoyed gathering on the patio to watch the sunset and share stories — it was the perfect setting to make lasting family memories.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to unwind with family or friends, this beach house is it. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!

This home is perfect for a extended family vacation. The bedrooms are a nice size and good for spreading out as a family. The home has everything you need to make your stay perfect.

House was perfect for our family of 17. Location to beach was fantastic and the amenities at the resort were great. Would plan another trip to that house / resort in the future. Absolutely wonderful time and house.

We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed - the industrial style coffee maker was awesome - now I need one for my home - we definitely will return and stay again.

This house is amazing ! The location allows easy access to the beach, guest services and dining. The house is equipped with everything you need for entertaining and the host was happy to answer any questions . All bedrooms were very comfortable. Our favorite room was the wine room which had gorgeous views. Without a doubt we will return to this property.

Excellent vacation get away home! This home was very clean, well designed with bathrooms for each bedroom and large enough for 20 people to not feel cramped or in one another’s space. The downstairs ping pong table was a huge unexpected bonus for the pre- teen boys. Many of the guests made comments as to how it was beautifully decorated and designed. Several people took copious amounts of photos and shared them with friends and family. It was a wonderful time of the year as the beach temperatures were amazing! The screened in area by the pool was perfect for our bar set up. If you are considering a large property to rent this one is amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Lucy was a fantastic host—she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautifully kept but incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was so much to do in the area, from local attractions to just enjoying the stunning beach, which was only a short walk away. Every part of the stay was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised. We had 14 family members from 75 to 5 years old and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything in the house worked. Would definitely rent again.

Great house for a large group. We had out ch3 grown children and their families (8 grand children). Everything was great, except the elevator had problems to start with, the kitchen and family room was on the 3rd floor and the pool sweep was not keep the pool clean and in the way. The owner had asked us to keep it running so the poor would stay clean. There’s no ice maker for a home of this size.

This is a beautiful house with so much room and every amenity you could possibly want or need! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a great time! Highly recommend this property! We’re hoping to be back one day!

The home was awesome - Better than the pictures. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family and we all had a great time. My daughter and I enjoyed the 3 master suits and I enjoy the penthouse suite Only complaint I had is that the wind was too strong which is out of their control. But that didn't stop us from have a great time. The golf cart was a plus and the community pool was very nice. I wish we had eaten at the restaurant. We also love the easy access to the beach. Susan the property manager was there whenever we needed her willing to assist. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out during the day. Lisa was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Being close to the many amenities offered by Palmilla was really great and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Port Aransas!

Enjoyed our short stay at this lovely location! The home is beautiful with incredible views of the beach and golf course! Definitely going to visit again!
