This 4-bedroom coastal retreat backs up to the natural dune at Cinnamon Shore North. Located near the Dune Pool, the perfect beach home offers three king-size bedrooms, a large bunk bedroom with five twins, three-and-half baths, a gourmet kitchen, and a festive bar with a wine + drink fridge, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy two living rooms, a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers, and five decks and balconies where you can relax and gaze at the stars.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: No need to lug your groceries to the second floor! The open-concept, main living area is located on the ground level. Cook and entertain on the first floor with friends and family in the open, gourmet kitchen, while kids play upstairs in the second living room, which includes a large TV and an additional drink fridge + wet bar. Overlooking the living room and dining room, the gorgeous kitchen offers Kitchenaid stainless appliances, a new stainless Bosch dishwasher installed in September 2024, Silestone countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, a Cuisinart coffee maker, a stainless microwave drawer, a Wolf blender, a gas range, and more. Relax on the sectional sofa set before a wall-mounted TV in the den and serve meals at the dining table for eight or at the kitchen island, with seating for four.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The practical floor plan includes a first-floor level, ensuite king bedroom. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms include the primary king suite with a spa-like bathroom. It offers dual sinks, a private water closet, a large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The new, second-floor bunk room features shiplap and custom-made bunk beds and opens to a playroom. With two sets of twin bunks and a trundle bed, the bunk room sleeps five, and each bunk has private lighting nooks with charging stations, as well as views of the wall-mounted TV.

GREAT FEATURES: New furnishings throughout include new beds, sofas, kitchen essentials, lighting, mattresses, festive art, dual laundry machines, and more, with brands that include Serena and Lily, Pottery Barn, Ralph Lauren, West Elm, Kitchenaid, Kohler, and others. Stay nice and cool inside- both HVAC systems were replaced in 2023 and 2024! Don’t miss the fabulous, third-floor rooftop deck, where you can start mornings with yoga and coffee or toast the stars after a day at the beach. From here, you can hear waves crash in the distance and take in the starry skies. The five expansive porches include a wrap-around front balcony, and from one of the back balconies, you can listen to giggles from the nearby pirate ship playground. On the back patio, fire up the gas grill while kids play in the large backyard, or try your hand at putting on the newly installed putting green. The home’s outdoor shower, facing the path to the Dune Pool, washes sandy beach toes and toys on your way in from the beach. Park a car or golf cart rental in the covered parking under the carport.

Our family simply loves it. The property is so nice and full of great amenities. While we had an issue with dish washer at our home not working, the staff were responsive and apologetic for the inconvenience, even going as far to comp a private fire pit on the beach because of it. All in all, we highly recommend Cinnamon Shore, especially for families with young kids. You can’t beat the convenience of having a golf cart to get around.
