Brand-new home steps from beach with pool access, balcony, & on-site golf

Property was very clean! That is huge for me. Staff at the resort were all so helpful. Close to the boardwalk. Walking distance to all the amenities in the resort. I would stay here again. Only issue was one of the locks on the upstairs exterior was tricky to lock. I told them about it so I’m sure they will get it fixed.

Everything was great. A/C kept the place cool during the hot days and all the amenities you needed were there. Very clean and very close to beach access as well as the pool.

We had a great time at this house. It was clean and conveniently located near the golf course and beach. We'll definitely book it again.

Our stay was PERFECT! This little home away from home had everything we needed! We have already decided that this resort will be our go to every summer for a quick little getaway and this home is perfection! We will definitely look to book here again in the future!!

Stayed here before And loved it. This time, one bathroom sink was broken and not usable, and very little hot water to that bathroom. Also had a weird smell, had to wash all my clothes when I got home, b/c they smelled like it. I asked for one night to be refunded, did not get it. (I booked 9 nights). Also- plumbers came in without telling me, my purse, cash, jewelry were all out. Disappointed in vacasa.

We loved this house so much! We loved the bedrooms being downstairs! We loved the balconies upstairs especially the view from the smaller balcony! We had no trouble at all with hot water! We loved the outdoor shower, the kitchen is well stocked and the tv’s in the bedrooms were awesome! Love love this place and will be back next year!

Location was perfect between the two pools, the beach, and the restaurants, and it was quiet and very comfortable. Very well appointed and we will be back!

Just a great place with lots of amenities!

Sadly, this beautiful home has been ruined by the disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke. It hit us right when we walked in the door and permeated throughout the entire house. I immediately called the local rental team requesting to move houses, but they could only offer air fresheners to “mask” the smell they said other guests had previously complained about. Really put a damper on our vacation and unacceptable for a property listed as “non smoking” - especially for the price. This home needs professional restoration service to get the smoke odor out. When we returned home, everything smelled like an ashtray. I filed a complaint, but have had no response. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Home was new and smelled new! Home was great had everything we needed. Just needed some pool towels would have been a great addition. Great little community .. quiet and family friendly!

Beautiful place to stay. My family had an incredible experience. It was very clean and lovely decor. I appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was & cozy main living. We cannot wait to plan another trip to stay here.

This is what we’ve been wanting for years at Palmilla. A beautiful condo that felt like home purely by the perfect space for a small family. All the units are beautiful in this property! But we love this one! Definitely our favorite. We’ve been staying here since 2017 and either the units were too big or they felt like an apartment more than a beach home! This feels like your very own beach house. We loved everything. The bedrooms are downstairs, each with its own bathroom attached! The kitchen and living room space is perfect for two couples or a family of 4! It’s welcoming, beautiful and the best part is its location! So incredibly close to the beach. This was the perfect place for us! We can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay at this very location! We also love Vacasa.
