Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties.



Please note that pool heating is available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice. Our pool uses an eco-friendly heating system rather than a gas heater. As a result, the heater operates on a timer and its effectiveness can be influenced by the weather. The maximum water temperature is 85 degrees Fahrenheit; the system will automatically turn off once this temperature is reached to maintain the chemical balance of the pool. Please let us know if you would like to add this service to your stay.

While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    We booked this house as a last-minute, two-family getaway and couldn't have been happier. The unit is clean, well kept, has easy access to the beach / town, and all the amenities we needed for a great trip.A few items to note: 1. I'd reach out before your arrival to have the pool heater turned on. I missed this but the pool heated up quickly. No issue there.2. The bedroom with the bunks sleeps three in the beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and there is a fold out type chair / bed for the fourth, should you not want to use the sleeper couch in the living room. This was fine for the four kiddos and let the adults have the living room at night.3. This has been the most responsive host I've dealt with and truly appreciate how quickly they got back to us with any questions.

    We loved this home! It was beautiful, the private pool and grill were a huge plus, and it had everything we needed. The location is just across the street from a beach access road, which was awesome! Parking was great, the outdoor area was really nice and having 2 hoses plus a shower helped with cleaning off items from the beach. The fridge had an ice maker which worked really great! We would most certainly stay at this home again!

    We had a great time but the code we were given for the entry keypad didn’t work and it took 45 minutes to get a person to help us. She finally changed the code to a temporary code and we were able to get in. We were told that a maintenance person would come to fix it but we never saw a maintenance person and never received info about a new code. We made sure someone stayed inside so we could get in when the 24 hours was up. The property was very nice but there was trash left behind- Little Debbie’s snack boxes in the kitchen drawers, Cheetos under the table and 2 half lemons in the garbage disposal that were rotting, too big to be ground up.

    Everything about this property was as stated in the listing. Very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed the patio with the pool…nice way to relax after a day at the beach. 5 stars all the way around!
