Cool Round House - Located in the Sunday Villas just off of 11th St. Swimming Pool, No pets.

Who doesn't want to stay in a Round House!! This is truly a unique experience like no other beach house you've ever stayed in. Modern furnishings with a minimalistic feel and cool beach decor. You'll feel right at home. With abundant windows, natural light pours in all day long. You can even feel more in tune with the elements and bathe outside in a privately enclosed shower. And the kids willlove to escape to the loft sleeping area created just for them with books and games galore.
Living area: The living room has a sectional couch to lounge on while you watch the 65 screen TV and visit with the chef in the kitchen. The couch is a sleeper sofa. There are 2 doors opening out to the wrap around deck for sunbathing, enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The Living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in the hallway for your convenience.
Bedrooms: The 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed and a couch for reading or relaxing away from everyone else. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom .Both bedrooms have a 43 TV. The loft bedroom has 2 twin Ikea convertible lounge beds.
Bathrooms: The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-up shower. There is also a privately enclosed shower outside downstairs.
Kitchen: This upscale kitchen boasts all the creature comforts of home. High end gas stove and all stainless-steel appliances. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar with chairs and a dining table to seat 4
Outdoors: The wrap around deck gets lots of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. There is a gate at the top of the stairs. Downstairs is a screened in porch area with BBQ grill and seating. There is a shared swimming pool with pool furniture for sunbathing and watching the kids play.
Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle or 2 small vehicles in the driveway. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool. You do have garage access for storage of Kayaks, fishing and beach equipment.
Directions: This townhome is located in the Sunday Villa's just off of 11th Street near Sandcastle Drive in the golf cart approved driving area. Sandcastle Drive will be your closest beach access rd. Shells restaurant and the Port A Beach Lodge are a quick walk or drive away. There is also a Stripes gas station and Beach Mart close by at Access Rd 1 A. Downtown Port A is just a few miles away for lots of shopping and dining options. Or take a stroll down the beach to the Horace Caldwell Pier.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

    Great stay near everything. Placewas great for us 3 but can accomadate 6 easily. Short walk 12 minute to beach or burger or coffee all close. Loved out stay. Owners are very friendly and gave great tips to sight see.

    This place was absolutely great. It was fully furnished with everything you need, comfortable beds, convenient washer/dryer combo in-unit, and a great location on the popular and lively 11th Street. Just a few blocks from beach access, it is the perfect spot for vacationers. The only drawback was the enclosed porch which needs a little bit of work and a lot more furniture. Otherwise, this unit completely met our needs and is definitely a great place to stay when in Port A. We will return!

    Place was very clean but, the under car garage was not accommodating our nowadays SUV. It was even too low for the golf cart we rented! Very organized though.
