Some areas in Port Aransas allow for the use of golf carts for travel. If the property is not in these areas, golf cart use is prohibited by the city of Port Aransas. The city may ticket or fine anyone caught operating a golf cart in restricted areas. It is your responsibility to understand and follow all golf cart rules and laws for the city of Port Aransas.br brSUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.brINSPECTION.
