- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!     Been coming to Port A for years and finally found this gem on 11th that’s perfect for a relaxing weekend trip. Close to everything, clean and nicely laid out.

    The only bad thing about our stay was the fridge. Everything in it froze even after being reset. I think printed instructions for operation of the TV should be supplied. Not everyone has the same provider and they are all different.

    Easy to walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and stores. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and quiet. Comfy beds. We are old and do a lot of sitting around and we found the living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. The only other criticism is the hot water took a long time to get hot. Otherwise a great place to stay.

    Location was great. Easy access to shops & beach. Minimal kitchen supplies, but we only cooked breakfast so it worked for us. Very very short drive to beach. Pool right outside our condo. NO boardwalk.
