The master bedroom has a king size bed and futon that can be made into a bed along with a large bathroom with 2 sinks. The second and third bedrooms each have a king size bed and a single bed. There is another bunk room that is perfect for kids with 2 bunk beds in it. And finally, there is a loft that has a king size bed and futon, it overlooks the vast living room / dining room area. In the large, open living / dining room, there is comfortable seating for large groups to gather, a fireplace, and a large dining room table. The room is lined with windows looking out at the most beautiful part of Lake LBJ. Out back, you will find a large shaded patio with very nice patio furniture, a grill for your convenience, and also incredible views of the lake.brbrYou will have access to the entire Colorado Lake House and the over 650 feet of water front at Rio Vista Resort.
