A 4 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled house located in a cove on Lake Buchanan near Spider Mountain (4 minute drive) and Reveille Peak (10 minute drive) off of CR 2341. brbrThe property and house is free from Wi-Fi and television, and you'll find that creates the perfect situation to unplug, fostering personal connections and outside experience. There is SiriusXM Radio with 300+ channels, located in the living room. There are lots of board games, puzzles, card games and a high end poker table. A television located in Bunk Room is available to connect a gaming console. Gaming console and games will need to be provided by the guest.brbrEnjoy some time outside under the screened in porch or large outside deck. The deck is accessible from the screened porch and from primary bedroom. Propane grill is available for use on deck. brbrNext door is the private gated fishing dock, boat ramp, and pavillion. Access is availble with use of the gate opener and vehicle hang tags. Currently due to the lake levels at Buchanan, the swim area and dock in front of the house is dry, but the lake is accessible a short walk away. On the upside, the cove is presently full of bluebonnets this time of year (March) which provides a great photo opportunity!brbrCOMING SOON: The wooden deck will be replaced with a new and larger stone deck, hot tub, and sports court.brbrOUTDOOR ACTIVITIES . For now you get a great place to stay at much lower prices than many of our neighbors. It is available for families and groups of friends to enjoy all that Lake LBJ has to offer - beautiful views, relaxing breezes, swimming in the cool water, and evenings under the stars. brbrThe main lake house has four bedrooms each with a queen bed, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a large living room for hanging out together when you need a break from the outdoors. Like the other homes on the lake in our neighborhood, our water comes from a well so we provide a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen to improve the taste.brbrThe garage studio apartment includes a queen bed and two twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. The studio is fronted with a small porch for enjoying the outdoors. brbrTwo large decks are included - one deck attached to the lake house looking over the backyard and lake, and the other on top of two lakeside boat slips and dock that is great for jumping in the water and cooling off! brbrThe boat slips are available for your use - please notify us if you wish to use them - we need to provide additional information for their operation. One is set up for a personal watercraft (e.g., seadoos and jet skis) and the other can accommodate v hulled boats up to 20 feet long and approximately 7.5 feet wide.

This cozy home is perfect for relaxing with your family, friends, or just for you to commune with nature. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom retreat, totally remodeled and updated in Spring 2024. This welcoming house features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin trundle, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds, making a perfect getaway for your family or friends. brbrThe home is ready to go with all kitchen supplies, bed linens, towels, soap and much more. Just walk in and relax! A boat slip with 6,500lb lift, capable of lifting a 23’ wakesurf boat, and 2 jet ski lifts are available for a fee. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to use this. Propane for the gas grill is provided, but we do not provide firewood for the the lakeside fire pit. brbrEnjoy amenities like kayaks, paddleboards, lawn games, and a spacious patio and fire pit by the water during your stay.
