Welcome to Kelly’s Jubilee. A breathtakingly beautiful home. A place to relax and enjoy a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Once you’ve rested you can take around a 30-minute drive to Nashville and embrace some of America’s best entertainment. We have priced this amazing place very low so that a couple can afford this as a romantic getaway. brbrAfter the first two guests, we charge per person. Please be accurate with your guest count. We want to continue to keep our prices low. Please note there will be a $500 security deposit hold that will be refunded 5-7 days after checkout if no damages occurred. Also, we have one Ring doorbell camera at the front door. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We REQUIRE that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They are separate rentals. I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible.brbrThis place is fantastic! A feast for your eyes. Beautiful inside and out. The Mansion is a three-story building with an elevator. The bottom floor is not yet completed, so we don't have pictures posted, but there is a full bathroom that large groups may have access to if needed. We ask that groups also book the neighboring small treehouse. They are separate rentals that share a deck and the hot tub is currently near the smaller treehouse. I have blocked off all weekends to have the smaller treehouse available for mansion guests to book on request. I want all of our guests to have the best experience possible. For example, if a couple is renting the small treehouse and next door in the mansion they are having a gathering it could affect the quiet enjoyment of their stay. Groups that rent both treehouses will have an exclusive private experience with no shared decks or hot tubs. It is a win-win for all involved. brbrPlease be accurate with your guest count. We charge $35 per person after the first two. There is also a resort fee for visitors not spending the night. (We have had issues with guests booking for 2 and planning a party for a large group). This is not allowed. We live on site. If this happens you will be asked to leave and not given a refund. brbrThe Mansion is located on a 50 plus acre property with 7 homes. One of the homes is the original homestead, an authentic log cabin. The land has hiking trails, a labyrinth, A pond to catch and release fish, and a creek that runs year-round. There are several hot tubs on the property. The large 5 people hot tub is on a deck overlooking the creek. brbrFurthermore, there are several other vacation rentals on this property. We ask that guests do not invade other people's privacy and look in windows or open doors of other buildings. We are more than happy to schedule a time to give you a tour.brbrOn the farm, we have several other cool rentable spaces. Like an authentic civil war cabin. The Ark was recently featured in Southern Living magazine and many more. Currently, we live in the four-story lighthouse tower because the renovation is not yet completed. We also have a reception area.brbrWe like to show our guests when possible. brWe live on-site and are available to help as needed.brbrThis lovely home is situated on a fifty plus acre farm. It is nestled under the trees on the Carr Creek shore. There is a pond to catch and release fish. A labyrinth meditation circle. brbrKroger and Walmart are 1.5 miles away. brNashville is a short 30-minute drive.brbrWe are 10 minutes from downtown Springfield and 5 minutes from Kroger. Uber and Lyft are not available in Springfield, but we give rides for a fee. Uber and Lyft are available back to the property from Nashville. brbrFor your convenience, we have installed a top of the line 3m reverse osmosis water filtration system. This will save you from having to purchase bottled water. brbrOur cleaning fee is low. We do this to save our guests money, in return we ask that you leave it as clean as possible. Such as washing, drying, and putting away dishes that you may use. If the kitchen is used clean the stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Please note that if you do not leave the house clean we will deduct a cleaning fee from your security deposit. brbrThis property is located in a lush and nature-filled environment. There are many species of animals and insects that live here. It is against the law to spray outside for flying insects because the house is located on the water. Bug spray is a good idea in the summer months to avoid mosquito bites. We do spray inside, but there are still occasional insects, wasps, or bees. There are many wonderful birds to watch, including owls, great blue herons, wild turkeys, cardinals, and songbirds. The koi pond and creek attract many animals. There is a freshwater otter family that lives on the north side of the property. Unfortunately, there is the occasional snake, please be mindful. If hiking beware of poison ivy. brbrTo make your stay as enjoyable and as safe as possible we ask that you abide by the following rules. brChildren must be supervised at ALL times. brHot tub hours: 9 am to 11 pm unless you have rented the treehouse and treehouse mansion together. Then you will not be disturbing another guest. brPlease limit the number of guests in the hot tub to 4 or 5 people otherwise it overflows.brPlease shower prior and don't use oils or lotions.brNo glass or alcoholic beverages in the hot tub.brBe mindful of noise levels if there are other guests in the small treehouse.brAbsolutely no sexual activity in the hot tubs. You will be asked to leave and not given a refund. It is not sanitary nor considerate to other guests.brTo make your stay as enjoyable and as safe as possible we ask that you abide by the following rules.brbrThere are several other vacation rentals on this property.
