It has numerous amenities, is very clean and comfortable and features a king bed master ensuite that opens onto the balcony with scenic mountain and river views with a nice view of the river and ducks below. brbrThere is a double sink vanity with quartz top and a recently-installed state-of-the-art infrared sauna along with a shower in the master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and attached second bathroom. In addition, there is a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the family room. Both bedrooms feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses.brbrThe modern kitchen has quartz counters and is fully equipped and there is a large dining table with six chairs in addition to an eat-in counter. The open living area also opens to the balcony and features a large couch and love seat along with a 50 4K UHD TV that makes viewing very pleasurable. The entire condo is carpetless.
