Perfect for soaking in the hot tub with the mountains as your backdrop.brbr► Roof: If a squirrel crawls on the metal roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.brbr► Bugs: We have a regular pest control program, however, the cabin is in the forest and can have some pests (insects). While the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. *We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.*brbr► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them. When staying at the cabin, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).brbr► Security Camera: There are exterior security cameras (pointed away from the cabin) for everyone’s protection. Any group touching or tampering with the cameras will be asked to leave the property immediately and will forfeit their security hold and remaining rent payment.brbr► No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control.
