Hidden Springs Cabin w/ Hot Tub, 2 Mi to Dollywood

Will be staying again, just a few things I was not pleased with, but overall it was a great experience! TVs was a little glitchy, and a little small, shower certain wasn’t the cleanest, stopper for jet tub didn’t hold the best, back bench had a burn hole in it, bathroom sink stopped up a lot, but overall it was great! Will be staying again when I come back!

Very happy to spend our Anniversary in the peaceful cabin away from the crowds. I wish the check out had been 11:00 when Dollywood opens. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for me. The jets in our tub didn’t work but the hot tub on the deck was fantastic! I will recommend to our friends. Very relaxing getaway!

Overall experience was great. Nice being close to everything. The cabin is cute and clean.

This is our 2nd time renting this cabin. The ease of check-in along with great amenities plus convenience To Dollywood brought us back! Again we found the cabin spotless with plenty of linens and towels, as well as kitchen utensils. The washer/dryer is an added bonus! We love the peaceful setting and always enjoy the porch and hotub! Will definitely return on our next visit to Pigeon Forge!

The cabin and location was great. The amenities, and the person that we talked to also great. The issue that we ran into was cleanliness. While its nice to have a washer and dryer it would also be nice to not have to take rags and other dirty clothes from previous guests out of the washer, the biggest issue I had with this was the washer reeked because the clothes had obviously dried inside and was left for some time. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed since the last person left as there was crushed up chips in the carpet between the jacuzzi and bed, and how hard would it be to wipe the walls down every once in a while. In multiple places you can see the dust build up on the walls and in-between the wall boards. All in all decent stay just wish it was cleaner. Also please do a better job of getting the correct community pass code out.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Its conveniently located close to popular attractions.

Stayed for a couple days, enjoyed the quiet on the back porch with the sound of the trees and a little brook. It had all the amenities you could need to please everyone. Will be staying again!

Initial walk in was great and looked cozy, until we discovered the very dirty hot tub which took a very long time to heat up, and was the only reason we picked this property. We did not discover how gross it was until We got in (after waiting 12+ hours to let it heat up ) which felt slimy and stuff was floating around as soon as the few jets came on. Instruction page says they drain and clean after each booking- clearly not so. Still hoping to get to enjoy our time, we filled the jacuzzi tub with water, and learned afterwards it is also broken and was another huge disappointment. I was hoping to try to relax after many days of driving in pain. This was my wife’s and My first ever trip without kids to celebrate our anniversary in 11 years and the first time booking a cabin instead of a general hotel room. Brooklyn was quick to help with needing a new gate code when the old one stopped working after the first day. We did call in our dinner to The Legends Pizza, had it delivered(but had to meet the delivery guy at the gate because gate code stopped working). It was very good lasagna and wings. Unfortunately, The more we hung out in the cabin, it was obvious that it was not very clean. The a/c return in the kitchen and bathroom vent fan were covered in dirty dust.The kitchen floor was sticky and dirty..there was not a single extra full roll of toilet paper or even one extra garbage bag to replace what we took out. Just read reviews 1+ year ago- just as bad.

We absolutely adored this cabin! We had a wonderful time and it was great! We will definitely go back!
