We allow two small dogs during your stay, and there is a nominal pet fee to accommodate our cleaners for their extra work. For your safety, we recommend sturdy water shoes and extra caution, especially for children. However, unfortunate circumstances can occur from time to time. You can enjoy access to the beautiful community swimming pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The pool is open Memorial-Labor Day! The two full wrap around porches provide serene wooded views that you can enjoy on the decks’ multiple seating arrangements and swings. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of activities in town or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The main deck offers rocking chairs, a dining table, a swing, and a large propane grill. The lower decks have plenty of seating for morning coffee and quiet moments as well as a bubbling hot tub. Upon entering the main floor of our cabin, you will be surrounded by 2 story gabled windows that give you a constant view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains right outside the multilevel, wrapped decks. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and cabinets stocked full of dishes and cookware to feed the entire family. The dinning table has a hidden leaf that expands to seat 8 with extra chairs nearby. There are also 4 extra stools for the pub table and island to accommodate larger families. A spacious living room offers a beautiful floor to ceiling stacked stone fireplace with a fully modernized entertainment selection with flat screen LED TV and two comfy pull out sofas to relax on. The kitchen and living room provide an open concept with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Each of the bedrooms is located on its own floor for added privacy. This three-story cabin sleeps up to 14 guests with three bedrooms and multiple other sleeping arrangements throughout the house. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom and accompanying bathroom, located on the third floor, offer another flat screen TV and king bed for your own quiet getaway. The master features an open concept with soaring ceilings and exposed beams. There is a nook at the top of the stairs that has a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The second bedroom is on the main floor where you enter the cabin. This tranquil retreat is detailed with a queen size bed and there’s a full bath located on the same level. The bathroom on this level has a large jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. The main floor also features the kitchen and dining areas and a large flat screen smart TV. (9 min to Pigeon Forge and 15 min to Gatlinburg). Unlike a lot of cabins in the area, this home is not in a complex with homes packed right next to each other. Instead, it sits on a 2 acre lot, providing quiet and calm for a relaxing getaway, with no other cabins in immediate visibility.brbrAmenities at the property provide plenty of entertainment during your stay. These include a theatre room with huge screen and reclining seats, a sauna, hot tub and game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and another large TV. The game room opens to lower deck, providing additional seating areas outside. brbrThe house has 4 bedrooms and a loft space, with a total of 3500 sq ft of interior space. brbrThe entry level which is the second floor of the cabin, has the main living space, the kitchen, the master king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The entry level also has a half bathroom by the kitchen. We have washer/dryer at this level for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked. This level has access to our upper, oversized deck with breath taking mountain valley views. This deck is also accessible from the master king bedroom. There is a conversation set, a dining set and also a hot tub at this level from which you can enjoy the views.brbrThe top floor features two separate bedrooms and the loft area. The first bedroom upstairs is a bunk room with a queen over queen bunk. The second bedroom upstairs is a queen bedroom.
