Stayed Apr 4, 2024I have never left a neutral or negative review for any of the vrbo properties that we've stayed with. However, I feel like other potential renters need to be advised that this house smells of stale cigarette smoke. I contacted the host who did respond that there's no way to prove it was the renters prior to us. It did not smell like it was necessarily from recent smokers but more of a stale smoke smell that is in the walls and furniture from repeated smoking over time. That smell does not go away easily, if ever. The house was otherwise clean and well equipped. However, because of the smoke smell it is not one we would stay at again.

Stayed Dec 6, 2023The cabin was very clean. Christmas decor for the holiday. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub is on the side of the house, we’d recommend moving it, it just seemed out of place. Also the water was a little dirty but not bad. Easy access off of a main road and not far from town. Drive way was not too steep. Cabin has a security system if you feel you need it. Overall great place to stay and can’t say enough about how clean the property was.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023The place is just as described! Beautiful, clean and close to town but far out enough for peace. My daughter, 3 grandchildren and me self stayed the weekend. The kids were in awe with all of the things to do, they didn’t even want to leave to eat. Will def stay here again!!

Stayed Apr 4, 2023We had an amazing time, the property was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed here. Had a small issue with water leaking from the vent in the bathroom downstairs, but I was able to reach out and they came and looked it right away. Definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023We came in late on a Saturday and stayed thru Tuesday. The property was very clean and tidy. It was well appointed with plenty of cookware and utensils as well as all the other supplies stated in the listing. My wife and I really enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean and there was a nice, decorated privacy fence between the hot tub / fire pit area and the adjoining property, which we very much appreciated. The property seems to have been renovated in recent years and the pine paneling inside was beautiful. The indoor and outdoor furniture were great. Sturdy Adirondack furniture was plentiful outside and nice leather furniture inside. There were plenty of side tables around the furniture for setting drinks or other items. Also, we appreciated there being tables on each sides of the beds. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions were all less than 12-15 minutes away. Great stay. Would definitely recommend.
