The bears will get into it. Please put the trash in the garage. The cleaners will take your trash. br12. If any problem arises while at the home, please reach out immediately. Should a breakdown occur, every effort will be made to correct the problem however, we do not accept responsibility for refunding for lack of equipment and facilities. br13. There are 2 outside cameras facing the door and 1 camera facing the gate to the yard. There is 1 camera in the game room/garage. These are in place in case of an incident. It is for the safety of the owner and guests. Tampering with cameras will result in automatic removal with no refund. br14. If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. This is the perfect cabin for couples, small families, and a close group of family or friends.brbrContactless check-in and check-out, but I will be available through Airbnb anytime before, during, and after your stay :)brbrWe are located in the Sky Harbor community just 15 minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, 22 minutes from Dollywood, and 25 minutes from the Sugarlands Visitor Center entrance of the Park! Our cabin is tucked away in the woods with a peaceful setting. brbrThere is one lot next door that is building a new cabin, but construction on the outside is almost done (in fall 2021), so it should not affect your stay too much.brbrOur driveway is a little steep and does require a driver who is comfortable with uphill roads. We would recommend a larger car -- SUV, truck, or a larger sized sedan. A 2-wheel drive is fine for the spring, summer, and fall months, but for the winter months (November - February) we would very much recommend a 4x4.brbrWhit's End is a beautiful 1 bedroom cabin with a king bed, a jacuzzi bath tub inside the bedroom, and also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. It's a great open layout with a huge wrap-around porch with so many amenities. Everything is on 1-level so it's so easy to have everyone gather around!
