Stayed Oct 5, 2025The cabin was very clean and it is a Great location if you are going to Dollywood which we were. The cabin inside needs a little love and the deck in the back could use a good cleaning and a few repairs. Some of the posts for the railing wiggle more than what I would consider normal and one deck board was not cut to the proper length. The area around the deck is over grown, and the picture which portrays it with a lot of light is either doctored or dated from a long time ago. But for us, it was fine. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. My son and I loved the fuse ball table. Check in and check out was a breeze and the property managers were extremely helpful and friendly.

Stayed Feb 12, 2021LOVED the stay here. So clean and exactly like pictures. Jacuzzi in the bedroom after a day traveling Gatlinburg was exactly what was needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a short trip but a good couple of days away during a time of quarantine. The cabin was clean and nicely laid out with great views as described. The Hidden Springs Resort has a beautiful neighborhood feel to it and felt very relaxing. The folks from Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals were very professional and friendly. Overall a very positive experience..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was nice and clean. We are not likely to stay in this cabin again. The neighbors were loud very late into the night. They were using drugs on the balcony. The hot tub leaked and didn't heat properly. Would have been nice to know that the pool was not open.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. We had to clean first. Dirty toilet , linens had stains, dishes in cabinet with coffee stains, strong smoking odor in one bedroom with dirty linens also in closet on roll out bed. Dead bugs and cobwebs through out cabin . Very disappointed in cleanliness of cabin especially with covid 19 . A list of above complaints left at front office .
