Stayed Nov 20, 2025We had an excellent stay here. The owners were extremely communicative and replied back instantly. We thought we had two different issues, but it turned out we just misunderstood how to use the door and needed to reset the hot water heater. They were patient, helpful, and quick to assist.The place is very well stocked and well equipped. They even provide laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, plenty of trash bags, and other essential items you might need during your stay. It really added to the convenience and comfort.The location is great, very close to Wild Side, about 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We were one of the first people to stay here after renovation. Everything was accurate as described we ended up bringing our own bedding I suggest doing the same as there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be by foothills Parkway and where’s Valley the view of the mountains was exceptionally nice. Communication was great and I’m usually one to complain, but there was not much to complain about. The only problem that I did not like is that you had to go around the back of the house to enter the house with a key lock, the front lock did not work, which was a little inconvenient, but I’m sure they’re gonna fix that. It would’ve been a little better if they had done some landscape work trim trees mow grass But all in all it was a perfect trip. I would definitely rent again.

Stayed May 24, 2025The house was beautifully renovated, perfect location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend!
