In downtown Gatlinburg you will also find Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Space Needle, SkyLift Park, stores, numerous restaurants, moonshine tasting, and loads of entertainment. Our renters also have access to the Chalet Village Member's Club outdoor pools, weight room, game room, tennis courts and more (open Memorial day to Labor day). There are very few properties in all of Gatlinburg that offer full access for the fisherman, the swimmer or the person that wants to sit on a rock and be taken to a place of total relaxation. Even for the grumpiest of souls, there is something totally relaxing when you crack your window and can hear the rush of the water over the rocks all night long. Imagine being able to catch a beautiful trout while your kids have played in the river all day and you have not had to leave your front porch. The Little Pigeon River is your backyard! So, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the rushing water. It is an easy10 minute stroll to the Center of the Gatlinburg Strip. The main sidewalk that goes completely through town is a five minute LEVEL walk from this house. You have fabulous parking and you do not have to climb a steep mountain road to arrive at your destination. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. There will be no refunds for guests leaving their vacation early or for any other type of reason (including illnesses like Covid-19, wildfires, or any other type of in-climate weather).
