Gatlinburg View & Hot Tub Haven

The closeness to the shuttle bus was nice. Did see some maintenance issues that could be fixed. Did not disturb our stay though.

Very satisfied with this place , it was close to everything but yet it was quiet. Had plenty of room for for 8 people. Owner was very responsive

Host was very responsive when we had questions. Access to property was easy to get to and door lock was easy to operate. Was able to park three cars comfortably. Neighbors were friendly while I was out walking our dog. Saw a mama bear and her two cubs on the porch our last morning at the house.

Very nice cabin. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Very comfortable and excellent layout. Will look to stay here again in the future.

Great place close to downtown

We very much enjoyed our time at this property in Gatlinburg. The communication with the owner throughout the booking process and during our stay was very positive timely. We found the property very clean and welcoming- the beds were unbelievably comfortable and we enjoyed the modern kitchen.The location is great, a quick drive to the strip and definitely within walking distance if you choose. We had 2 adults, 3 younger teens and our dog for the long weekend, and the house was the perfect size for that group. We had a couple challenges with the hot tub that were addressed promptly, which we appreciated.

For a whole cabin it is very nicely close to downtown with a close view and 2 roads to reach it! The place is very nicely made and clean with great amenities!

Received booking confirmation and received messages from host regarding when I would receive check in instructions and how my deposit would be handled. Drove 4 hours to Gatlinburg and hadn't received check in instructions. Couldn't reach host. Called VRBO, they couldn't get me in. Apparently my payment didn't process even though I had confirmation. Some owners use their own payment processing software. Had to find a hotel. Host messaged in the middle of the night, he was traveling abroad. No explanation as to why I wasn't made aware payment didn't process. I would have paid and stayed but no communication. We had 4 adult women in one hotel room.

The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for families and pets. Easy to get to and close to town.

Quiet location on dead end road with hot tub that overlooks the strip. Great view of the space needle. 3 comfortable beds each with their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family vacation.

Property was just as described and was very clean and in a great area. Minutes from all the attractions. The bear sightings were awesome too. The only thing we missed was chairs to sit on the porch.

Ideal location, set away on a hilltop site, but easily walkable within 15 minutes to the Parkway, the main strip in Gatlinburg. The Pancake Pantry, Donut Friar, Chesapeake’s and Ripley’s Mountain Coaster were just some of the restaurants and attractions we visited on foot. We stayed as a family of four, and as a nice feature, each of the three bedrooms had an attached bathroom, meaning my teens had a space to themselves to get ready. The living space was great, the décor was excellent, but the cleaning crew needs improvement as they missed on basic items such as leaving dead ants in many rooms, mildew in the showers and thick layers of dust on the ceiling fans. Check in was smooth and Jacob, the property host, was very responsive and helpful.

The property was beautiful! The Mountain View’s were amazing and a bear walking up and down the road everyday was icing on the cake! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable, easy check in! If you want a fabulous view of the 4th of July drone and fireworks show this is the perfect place. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental for your next vacation in Gatlinburg!!
