Ideal for One to Two families (2 adult couples with up to four children) and perfect for Honeymooners. Minimum rental age of 25 strictly enforced; I.D. Required, Strict no pet policy. These are our personal cabins and rest assured you are dealing directly with the owners. Chestnut Ridge is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is less than 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With 3/4 of an acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The cabin is up on the mountain with a Northern view and descending wooded slopes. The cabin has a fully paved drive way with ample parking for 2-4 cars. Both king bedrooms are set up to accommodate adult couples, with a full bathroom on each floor (plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor), a large loft, large separate and fully equipped kitchen and dining area which is not in the living room, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling and large windows, and a fabulous 8 ft wide deck that spans the width of the cabin for you to enjoy year round; you’ll love having your morning coffee or end of the day glass of wine out on this deck. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane or electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The hot tub is located in a standalone covered gazebo in a private setting (this was intentional and you’ll appreciate not having the motor reverberate throughout the cabin at night). The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed and the the 2nd master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed. The large loft has two sets of Bunk beds (sleeps 4), and regulation Foosball table. There are 3 flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and above the fire place. You’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal (hopefully you won't be working too much while on vacation). There is also an out door Pilot Rock park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. There are numerous restaurants in the area and Uber drivers and Taxis are normally available if you prefer not to drive. Or if you prefer to stay in and utilize the fully equipped kitchen, you can pick up groceries in town. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (see next to last picture).brbrWe believe Chestnut Ridge is the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year and think of as your own “home away”. Two huge windows that let you see what you came to the mountains for, the view of the mountains. Sunsets are amazing and you can sit and stare at the view for hours at a time.brThe cabin features two bedrooms with private full baths on each floor and a half bath on the first floor.brThe master bedroom is on the second floor and has a private sitting area. There are very few properties in all of Gatlinburg that offer full access for the fisherman, the swimmer or the person that wants to sit on a rock and be taken to a place of total relaxation. Even for the grumpiest of souls, there is something totally relaxing when you crack your window and can hear the rush of the water over the rocks all night long. Imagine being able to catch a beautiful trout while your kids have played in the river all day and you have not had to leave your front porch. The Little Pigeon River is your backyard! So, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the rushing water. It is an easy10 minute stroll to the Center of the Gatlinburg Strip. The main sidewalk that goes completely through town is a five minute LEVEL walk from this house. You have fabulous parking and you do not have to climb a steep mountain road to arrive at your destination.
