Soft seating, cozy living areas, and wonderfully comfortable beds make it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying the brick fireplace or a quiet moment by the window, this space offers a calm, welcoming place to settle in and feel at home.brbrThe spacebrOur home is 2100sf, set on a half acre, in a safe and well kept, quiet neighborhood set on 1/2 acre trees lots. It is a short drive to shopping, downtown, the arena, Austin Peay and about a 20 min easy drive to Fort Campbell.brThe back yard is large and private with a patio and many shade trees. One side and the very back of the yard is fenced. The remaining side is not.brThe central living space offers a double living room with brick fireplace that looks out onto the private backyard and patio area. No houses are visible from all windows in the rear of the house, just trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal, full refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine, blender, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, George Foreman indoor grill, stainless steel cookware, bakeware and dish-ware that serves 8.brThe primary bedroom is large with a queen bed that is the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. A large primary bathroom is attached and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a full bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers and closets.brbrGuest accessbrYou will have use of the entire home and yard. No one else will be on the property.brbrbrAdditional rulesbrPlease smoke or vape outside. There is a $100 additional cleaning fee if you vape or smoke inside. brbrPlease leave the key in the lock box when you are not at home. This minimizes lost keys. If you lose the key, there is a $50 replacement fee. If you lock yourself out, there is a $50 lock-out fee. brbrPlease be considerate of future guests and keep pets off of beds and couches. Please wipe their feet when you bring them inside. If you have pets, a towel will be left by the front and back door before your arrival for this purpose. brbrPet owners are expected to clean up their pets waste by putting it in a plastic bag and leaving it in the trash can outside the back door. brbrDo not move any furniture or slide any out of its placed position as it can scratch hardwood floors. brbrPlease put all dishes in the dishwasher before departure.brbrYou do not need to take out the trash. It's towards the back of the first floor. It has a full size bed, nightstand, and dresser. A sound machine and FANdelair is also in the room to help you sleep comfortably.brbr BEDROOM #3 (LOFT):brTwo twin beds are located upstairs in the loft. The loft has steep stairs and are the reason we do not allow children under the age of 6 in the home. Upstairs also has 4 leather chairs and a beautifully decorated built-in shelves. The upstairs has a wall unit so you can set the temp as you'd like to sleep well!brbr BACKYARD:brThe back has string lights and a gazebo with a huge chandelier. It's can be found through the back room, and has two french doors to the outside.
