Ample outdoor and indoor seating for larger groups. Chilly at night, head down to the backyard and enjoy the firepit. This home is only a short drive to Sunset Marina which was recently featured in the Luke Bryan song Sunrise, Sunset. Bring or rent a boat, fish or picnic along the shore of Tennessee’s bluest and cleanest lake. Also a short drive to numerous state parks and other local attractions. Rainy day Exhausted from a long day on the lake No problem! Enjoy a movie on a 75 inch 4K tv or numerous other tv’s! Full cable package with movie channels, DVD players with more than enough of Blu-Ray titles to choose from, as well as WiFi included. Feel free to contact me with any questions before booking. Parking is limited out front and understand the driveway is steeper than what you see in the pictures. I’m lucky to even have a driveway. Please understand that you are renting a house and at any time an arcade may not function, cable may not work. Internet, Hot tub may not properly function, grill, or any other amenity provided. I as the owner I will send anyone I can reach to correct these issues asap. I will do all I can to accommodate these issues if they arise during your visit but understand issues happen unexpectedly. brbr**Please Note** This property is not managed for the owner as many here are. Extension cords and hose provided for boat electronics. During the summer months bass boats, wave runners, small pontoons and run abouts will have no problem launching at the ramp just 1 minute away at the bottom of the hill. This is not a good ramp for wake boats unfortunately. During low pool for the lake you can hike the riverbed on hundreds of acres of Corps of Engineer land that is free public use for fishing, boating, hunting and hiking.brbrYou can hike the property and ride bikes or walk to the river access on the low traffic road just a few minutes to The River Grill for excellent dine in and carry out options and Legends Bait and Tackle and Campground to stock up on live bait and gem mining and ice cream for the kids! This three bedroom, two bath house will accommodate up to 8-10 guests. Split over two levels, you can have as much togetherness or privacy as you choose. The upstairs, main living level, features a fully appointed kitchen and eat-in area plus two bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom features a queen size bed plus a full size futon/twin-bunk. The upstairs porch is reminiscent of a tree-house, nested among the branches of the mature trees. We love to eat out there on the long picnic table or just relax with a good book. Downstairs you'll find a second living area with queen-size pullout couch, dart board, pub table and tiki-bar! This space overlooks a second patio where you can play cards at the table, swing in the hammock or take a dip in the hottub. There is a third bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed. There are full laundry facilities so you can dry your towels after your big day on the lake. There are three pet/child gates in the house so you can block off the upstairs deck and inside stairwell. We also have a pack-and-play onsite for your use as well. We have wireless internet, Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ streaming tv and an xbox and playstation for your entertainment. Feel free to bring along your streaming devices, movies or anything you may want to occupy your time.
