Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.brbrColony III is located 1.9 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. Enjoy this conveniently situated three-story complex that overlooks a pond and is close to a public park, which is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. The park offers horseshoes, picnic tables, shuffleboard, and much more! Go for a swim at Colony III's outdoor pool or barbeque at the complex's outdoor grilling area. Colony III is unique and one of the only condominium complexes that allows golf carts! They have a charging station on-site. Bring your golf cart and drive around Surfside and grab a bite to eat and then head to the beach. If you choose to go down to the beach by foot, it is only a short walk, less than two blocks! Beachwalk #303 is conveniently located in Surfside Beach, SC between the Surfside Beach pier and the Garden City pier. This is a 3rd floor unit in a 12 unit building. My wife and I have owned this unit since 2002 and enjoy spending time there with our children as often as possible. The unit is in excess of 1000 square feet with 2 full size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining/living room area with sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The high living room ceiling and skylight are also attractive features. The unit is spacious, which allows the family to enjoy time together as well as allows an individual to enjoy some privacy when desired.brbrBeachwalk has a large parking area in the back of the building and a small number of spaces in the front. The large pool, located in the back of the building, provides many hours of enjoyment. Since there are only 12 units in the building, the pool is rarely crowded. Beachwalk is just across the street from the public beach access and your feet can be in the sand and ocean within a couple minutes. brbrThe Surfside pier and the Garden City pier provide an excellent opportunity to fish for those who enjoy it. There are restaurants near both. The Garden City pier has an arcade and there is live music in the evenings during the summer months. There are community parks within walking distance of Beachwalk that have swings, slides, etc for the younger children to enjoy. Both adults and children enjoy watching and feeding the turtles at a nearby pond in the evenings. It is a short drive to many other restaurants, a water park, flea market, bowling, miniature golf, shops, and many other activities. Myrtle Beach is approximately 10 minutes away for those who want to venture further out.brbrSurfside Beach is family oriented.
