The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there is assigned covered parking spaces for the condo, Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. Guests looking to sink their toes into the sand have access to the beach in a few steps, and for those wanting to avoid the sand, the sun is still available from the onsite swimming pool located just off the porch. br This unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Most linens are provided, with the exception of beach towels. You will also want to bring your own beach chairs, or you could take advantage of the umbrella and chair rental service on the beach. br Restaurants and shops are within walking distance; and bike rentals are available for guests wishing to explore more of the quaint neighborhoods. br There is plenty of parking available. We have temporary parking passes for you while you’re staying in our condo. br The pool is not heated, but our girls have enjoyed swimming in it in February! While it is not officially open until later in the season, you can still take a dip if you so choose. br Please note: there is a Damp Rid container under the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. br There are two coffee makers, one is drip and the other is a Keurig.
