Stayed Apr 1, 2023Nice place, enjoyed the beach, but had a rat appear Friday evening on the screen porch, and on Saturday morning the rat was in the house eating the garbage!!!!! Doors were very much closed Friday eve. Call to Dunes was worthless - all they said was “ok” like it was their fifth rat of the day. Won’t be back here!

Stayed Jul 25, 2020Upon check in into the condo, I noticed the AC was not working. Had to immediately call maintenance. Good response time and we thought they fixed it. Unfortunately, they did not. Went out again a few days later and they could not fix it. They offered us another condo but it wasn’t on the ground floor and we would have to use the elevator which would not work for our family. We checked out after a long night in the heat. It is a good location with the pool right outside the back porch. We know things like this happen but it did interrupt our entire vacation. Waiting on the refund which they told me would take 7-10 days and we are on day 10 now.
