Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed. brDownstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. a slide out daybed that can convert to king size bed is in the living room. A pack and play and high chair is provided for the little one! brbr Miles of White sand beach and bike trail are just right around the corner(for free) br Outdoor pool and golf club house are about 1.5 mile away, you can walk/bike there. Or drive.brbr IMPORTANT!!! Please read the following!!br br You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it.br Amenity card is required to access indoor and outdoor pools, golf, gym, tennis and restaurants. $55 a day per family or group. We also supply adult bikes to tour the islands and beach chairs for relaxing. brbrThe kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig Duo coffee maker (which accommodates both filtered and K-cups so bring your favorites), dishes, pots, pans, electric tea-pot, microwave, etc...brbrThe sofa is a pull-out queen bed so the place will sleep 4 comfortably. brbrBay Point Villas are conveniently located at the entrance to Seabrook making them easily accessible to the various bars, restaurants, and shopping at nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. The beaches and all of the Seabrook amenities are an easy bike ride or a short drive (about 4 miles) and downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away.brbrThe gated Bay Pointe Villas community has a kayak-launch/crabbing dock with seating. We also have a small private pool. brbrStaying with us provides access to the entire resort experience. Seabrook Island Club amenities include horseback riding, golf, tennis, dining, the Beach Club, Island House, and the club pools. The added cost is $50/day or $300/week in the high season for an amenity card for the family. The club charges additional fees for some activities. All guests have free access to the beaches and island anyway and with so many activities in the greater Charleston area, you have the option to forego the Club if you wish.
