There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker). The Ethan Allen furniture is all new and high quality (with a Queen sofa bed) and comfy King bed upstairs. Linens and towels are all great quality. In addition, we are pet friendly, and well behaved pets are welcomed. Come out and enjoy this wonderful Island!!
