Golf course view villa one mile from the beach

This place exceeded our expectations. Starting from check-in, our host was extremely quick to respond with any questions/updates we had. Even arriving at 2am due to flight delays and rental car issues, getting access to the property was easy and seamless. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, laundry detergent, beach towels and chairs, the list goes on. Everything was labeled, organized, and very clean. I really appreciated having makeup remover and toiletry items available for our first night when we didn’t have time to stop at the grocery store. The room darkening curtains and phone charging ports were just another little amenity that really improved our stay. I understand the island is full of wildlife and bugs are just par for the course, but I LOVED how I didn’t see any bugs during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay!! Came down to play in a golf event and the place was perfect . Easy in, easy out. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Plenty of hangers, towels, space, coffee! I’d come back again without question.

Our stay at this condo fit the requirements for just what we needed. Booked the place to stay as our family home on Seabrook did not have enough beds to accommodate everyone for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s the perfect one bedroom with a great view. Decor is definitely functional/minimalist but has everything you will need for your stay.

This is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Shaoling is a great host who is very quick to respond and has thought of everything when it comes to having a cozy, well-stocked villa. We loved biking around the island and spending time soaking up the beautiful beach. We would love to come back!

This property needs a lot of attention. Everything is worn and tired. A fiberglass insert in the bathroom makes for a dark, cramped and uncomfortable shower. The decking is rotten wood planks, the screen door needs a new latch, I could go on……I will say the mattress in the bedroom was nice and the toilet paper was a pleasant surprise. Other than that just pass.
