Welcome to the serenity of Seabrook Island in this gorgeous marsh-front setting.

Seabrook has very little light pollution so the dark is dark with tons of stars visible at night. The bed is a king-sized sleep number bed! Pick your own comfort level!

The best entertainment might just be watching the wildlife of the marsh from the screened porch. There is so much to see and do, (or relax - and not), you probably don't need this - but just in case; both TVs are internet connected and offer access to any subscription that you use (Netflix, etc.) in addition to hundreds of SamsungTV live channel options! We also supply adult bikes to tour the islands and beach chairs for relaxing.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig Duo coffee maker (which accommodates both filtered and K-cups so bring your favorites), dishes, pots, pans, electric tea-pot, microwave, etc...

The sofa is a pull-out queen bed so the place will sleep 4 comfortably.

Bay Point Villas are conveniently located at the entrance to Seabrook making them easily accessible to the various bars, restaurants, and shopping at nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. The beaches and all of the Seabrook amenities are an easy bike ride or a short drive (about 4 miles) and downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away.

The gated Bay Pointe Villas community has a kayak-launch/crabbing dock with seating. We also have a small private pool.

Staying with us provides access to the entire resort experience. Seabrook Island Club amenities include horseback riding, golf, tennis, dining, the Beach Club, Island House, and the club pools. The added cost is $50/day or $300/week in the high season for an amenity card for the family. The club charges additional fees for some activities. All guests have free access to the beaches and island anyway and with so many activities in the greater Charleston area, you have the option to forego the Club if you wish. The Club Amenity Card office is conveniently located at the entrance to Landfall Way (the street you are staying on).

    The condo was very clean, well equipped kitchen. Great porch we used a lot ! Quiet neighborhood, but very friendly owners all around who gave some great recommendations for restaurants. Bonus to have two bikes available, used those almost everyday!Clean poo! Thank you Charlie, we hope to enjoy your place again someday!

    Wonderful location and property for our vacation. Having the access pass to enjoy the island beach to swim, relax and watch the sunsets with no crowds was amazing. It was a perfect home base for our exploring of Charleston, Beaufort and Folly Beach. The home had all needed amenities for a relaxing week at our home away from home.     My husband and I spent a week here for our anniversary and can't wait to visit again! Check in was smooth and great directions were provided to find the gated community. The house was clean and stocked for everything we needed including beach towels and chairs! Bed was comfy with plenty of extra bedding. Beautiful views of the marsh and we loved having access to the neighborhood beach to catch the sunset. This is our favorite vrbo stay yet.     Overall this fit the bill as I was only planning to sleep there. My only complaints were the shower is small and the Internet VERY slow. I had planned to do some work in the evenings and I could not do anything beyond check email.

    This was our third time staying at this condo and it was perfect as always!!!I truly am grateful for such a clean and beautiful property to spend some time.It’s very obvious the owner cares!We enjoyed the Island House for workouts and lap swimming!Biking to the grocery store was a plus!

    Wonderful place. Clean, safe, looked exactly like the pictures. It was fun sitting on the patio, and the community was very quiet. Host was helpful and friendly. Right across from a shopping village. Java Java was great coffee and Freshfields was a nice place to walk around. Easy trip into Charleston as well.

    We loved our stay at Charlie’s place so much that we extended our trip two days! The condo was pristine and aptly furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Although the drive to downtown, Mt P and Folly was a bit long, there were many days we didn’t leave the island because we didn’t need to! We used the bikes to explore Seabrook & Freshfields Village, and spent a lot of time at the lake house. Charlie was a phenomenal host, and super prompt in responding to our questions. Would love to return in the future!

    The unit was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The marsh views were beautiful and having the dock to fish and the pool so close were a plus. This is our second time staying at this unit and we had another wonderful stay. Book this unit, pack your bags, and ENJOY!
