Wonderful vacation! Such a great location with everything we needed for a memorable family getaway. Praises to the property manager as we had a short-lived issue with the air conditioning unit that was resolved immediately (after normal hours). Kudos!! Thanks.

Our family had a great week! We didn't use the hot tub. The elevator wasn't working until our last day, but it worked great then. The wildlife on the island was great. We really enjoyed the deer. We enjoyed seeing the alligators at distance!

Properties in good shape and the listing was accurate plenty of room love the upstairs kitchen, dining room, large tables together eat and puzzles and games together love the porch. I wish there was more shade for coverage on the port back porch though.

House was good, but AC on main floor stayed at 76-78 entire time. Maintenance came but said the unit needed replacing. Amenity fees are a rip-off (do not recommend) and were not checked or needed at all. We asked for a refund but were told no refunds. Extreme waste of money. Kathy was a great host, responding to my questions/concerns. Beautiful beach and we live Fripp Island. Will choose another house next time.

This house is beachfront and that kind of view can't be beat. Responsive property manager. There is normal beach rental wear and tear on the home but we weren't without anything we needed and settled in very well. Bring extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets as only the initial supplies are provided.

Excelente views

We had a great family vacation at Leeward. Love the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room upstairs with great views of the beach. Bonus family room downstairs—offers flexibility for adults and kids to have enough room to spread out and relax. Comfortable bedrooms. Great deck spanning the back of the house facing the beach. Easy beach access two houses down. Loved the hot tub. Great for when visiting during cooler/colder months.

Amazing accommodation, everything we needed was available, all beds were very comfortable.The view was breath taking sitting on the relaxing huge porch. We were so happy we had the elevator it made getting our belongings and food so easy instead of using the stairs. I can't say enough about this house everyone gave it the name of HAPPY HOUSE This came about because the owner made it clear she wanted everyone to enjoy all the house had to offer and have a wounderful stay. We know anyone after us will feel the same. We want to thank the owner for her kindness and caring so much!!

Fantastic Spot. The elevator was a great feature for our grandmother (87). The house has a awesome view of the beach and the hot tub adds to it. Our entire family is planning to come back next year!

The layout of the house was great. We had 2 separate spaces for the adults and kids to watch TV in the evening. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was not bad. You have to walk 2 houses down and about a 700 ft walk on the board walk to get to the beach. The house did have some leaks and a number of spots where the paint was chipping off from the ceiling. At least 1 draw in the kitchen were falling off and we found some mold as well. Despite some of the looks inside, the house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 6 kids which ranged from 7 - 13 years old.

Really enjoyed the stay. The house is great for a large family who likes to spend time together while also having room for seclusion if you want it. The only negative is that the house advertised an elevator, but it was not accessible.

The house was exceptionally clean. Very spacious and accommodating to every age group. Love the large porch/deck spent hours reading and just relaxing watching the ocean We loved gathering after dinner to listen to music and watch the guys challenge each other in nightly cornhole tournaments. We cooked most evenings after visiting Gay's fish market and picking up fresh veggies at Dempsey's. The kitchen, bar area and dining room allowed us all to cook and eat together. We would definitely recommend Leeward house for large families. Lots of together time but also large enough for each one to have their quiet time and privacy
