Spacious Surfside Beach Home Minutes from the Ocean. Pet-Friendly!

I loved the location, golf carts, community amenities (pools, private beach parking, rec areas, etc.), ample driveway parking, plenty of living space, well stocked kitchen, and beach toys and beach chairs. I also loved the sturdy furniture.Only negatives - no beach towels, only one wash cloth and one bath towel per person, one hand towel per bathroom and only one kitchen towel. Fortunately, there were 2 sets of washers and dryers.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Area, the pools were very clean and close to the beach! We enjoyed our time the house was pretty and roomy for our family. I was disappointed that it wasnt as clean as we would have liked. The master bathroom toilet had a dirty ring in the bowl as if it’s hasn’t been clean or used in months. The top of the cupboards had a lot of dust as well as the fans. Outside furniture was very dirty! We had to re wash some dishes due to food on them

Stayed here with friends for spring break and loved it. The house had everything we needed, the vibe was great, and the host was super easy to communicate with. Perfect spot for a group trip. Would totally stay again!

Great home for big families! The location is perfect if you are looking for a slower-paced, peaceful retreat, but still have easy access to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Family-friendly neighborhood. Access to golf carts, pool, playground, and private beach parking is a perk. Quick and clear communication with the host. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental.

My friends and I traveled for this past year's spring break, and we enjoyed it. There are many activities to do other than going to the beach everyday. Private beach access was also very nice. The hosts were quick to communicate whenever we had a question or any troubles. Overall, it was a great trip!

This was the first time we didn't stay within walking distance to the beach. Personally, I like being closer to the beach but the grandkids preferred the pools and neighborhood amenities. Room enough for our extended family. The downstairs A/C went out and the hosts were quick to respond. The linen package only includes ONE towel per person for the week. The hosts had additional towels delivered at no charge when I complained. The 3 included golf carts were required for the enjoyable week we had.

We enjoyed our stay as always at Oceanside village. Our whole family goes every fall break and we love our quality time together. The house was as described and fit our needs well. Alex was excellent at communications throughout the process of booking and our stay.

The house was bigger than we expected but it worked well for us. Working with Alex was great, very quick in responding to questions.

We had a lovely week at Surfside Beach! The gated neighborhood is comfortable and safe with friendly neighbors. The property has enough bedrooms and living space for large families. The golf cart was an added benefit for accommodating different schedules to the beach. The hosts are responsive and easy to communicate with.
