Guests are required to use the boat ramp at Lake Murray Dam (free) or Jake`s Landing (paid). Any use of the house boat ramp or damage to the lawn will incur additional costs.brbrAlso note that there is a Ring doorbell camera at front door, Ring camera on the front of the house pointing towards the driveway, and a Ring camera on the back of the house pointing towards the backyard/dock. There are noise monitors in the living room (does not record). All are active.brbrThe owner`s boat is stored on one side of the dock and is NOT for use. Please use the other side.brbrWe are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.brbrSTR Permit # 2500459brThe maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.brbrNo parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. brbrYou must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.brbrWhile we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.brbrNo illegal substances or activities on the premises.brbrA starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.brbrPets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.brbrFor stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.brbrEarly check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost.
