Amazing property! The pool is beautiful and our family had a great time grilling in the outdoor kitchen, fishing off of the private dock, kayaking/paddle boarding and catching frogs at night. The kids also enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. We rented a boat and docked it right at the house. A couple tips/things to note: there is a bathroom connected to the game room by the pool, so you don't have to trek back through the house each time a kid needs a potty break. We didn't realize that until the second day. There are two bedrooms on the first floor; one is the primary bedroom and the second is in a separate wing and doesn't have a connected bathroom. Whoever stays in that bedroom will need to use the full bathroom in the upstairs theater room. There are four bedrooms upstairs, three with private bathrooms. There is no hall bathroom upstairs. The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We can't wait to come back to the area and stay here again!
