Our Windswept Villa is located just a short walk down the path from Kiawah's world-renowned, 10 mile-long beach! The setting is tranquil, and very Kiawah. We love the beauty of the coastal shingle-styled buildings nestled in the natural setting that draws most of us to Kiawah Island in the first place, and has captured our hearts forever. We enjoy stepping out each morning with a cup of coffee for a walk along the beach. Later in the day we can take our beach chairs and a book and relax next to the ocean. At some point each day we hop on bikes to explore the island along the miles of bike paths that wind through the forest and past amazing seaside cottages, and architecturally stunning mansions. We love that we are not rushed. We know to take our time and enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the island for our short time here. There are no crowds EVER.
