This unit was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch watching the alligators and other wildlife.

Reviewer Comments: Great location - husband attended many tennis drill sessions and he learned a lot. We did a pickle ball instructional session and it was great.Restaurants are wonderful, grocery shopping nearby and the “Nest” was ideal. We rode our bikes and walked the beach. March was a bit chilly !!

The guest bedroom is spacious and it’s nicely tucked away from the master so everyone can have their own privacy. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, beautiful cookware and other supplies not often found in a rental.The location is perfect being close to both end of the islands, The Sanctuary and the Nest where you can grab a bite to eat and etc. we enjoyed our stay and are confident that others will as well.

It had everything we needed and not a detail was left unmissed. Little things like having multiple USB chargers next to nightstands and leaving sunscreen out for us really enhance your experience. CHeck in and check out was extremely easy and well communicated. The villa had everything needed for a week stay- great pots and pans, different types of stemware in the bar area along with all the cooking utensils you need. I will definitely be staying here again!
