Older property but everything was neat, clean and comfortable. Nice view of the beach and ocean even though not “ocean front”. Liked that the property was located near the front gate. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, great view from the balcony, and easy beach access. Well decorated and the kitchen has everything anyone should need or want.

Overall summary: Rental provided everything we needed; online pictures provided an excellent representation of the rental; the view from the deck was amazing; the bed was very comfortable. We did feel as though the bathroom needed a little work. However, overall, we absolutely loved it and had a great time. We felt as though the price was very reasonable for the value.

The condo was just as described. We loved the convenience to the beach and it was nice to see the ocean from the balcony.

The room was very clean. Great location, close to the beach. kitchen utensils had everything you needed to make for a comfortable stay. It was very easy to settle in, kick back and relax.

Excellent trip to Kiawah - great location on the beach!

The property is a little run down looking. Attention to cleanliness is needed. For example, long hair on bathroom sink when we arrived. The shower curtain appears moldy at the bottom. And we were sitting on the deck/balcony having a drink watching the ocean around 8pm and the neighbor right above us, dumped there cooler of ice/water over the edge and drenched us. Not the property's fault, just the inconsiderate neighbor above. Great access to the beach which was the whole purpose.

Great location with private boardwalk beach access and ocean view. Plenty of parking and property management was very responsive and helpful.

The location is perfect to see the ocean and walk on the beach. Loved the natural light and balcony. Super clean.

Stayed 4 nights. We liked being closer to Freshfields and being able to walk directly out to the beach from the property.

The sofa was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it. Had crumbs or something and lots of hair, animal probably. We eventually put towels down on sofa so we could sit on it. Other than that everything was clean

What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year! The condo was cozy, clean, and full of morning sunshine. The ocean view from the balcony and bedroom was a welcome treat. The private beach access made it easy to reach the beach. The location was close to the entrance gates, making errands for coffee and groceries quick and simple. This was our favorite place yet at Kiawah.

Property was very clean and nice. We stayed for the Marathon. Great location to the start finish line. Would highly recommend

Very convenient. Only negative is community washer and dryers. Would like outdoor grill access. Had great weekend stay
