Just beyond the living room is the kitchen, fully stocked with a large island for gathering. There is a screen porch off the living room to completely gated pool. brbrThe main floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds (Note-1 Queen bed starting 8/30/25 and no bunk beds) and access to the full size hall bathroom with tub and shower. The next bedroom is a king bedroom just off the living room. There is another bathroom in the hall with a full size shower. The main floor also has a washer and dryer. The last bedroom on the main floor of the house has a private entrance, sitting room with a futon, private bathroom with shower, queen bedroom and access to another screen porch out to the pool. This is a suite by itself!brbrThe upstairs to the house features another kitchen, living room, bathroom laundry and 2 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a king bed.
