THE SETTING: At 8 Laughing Gull, getting to the beach couldn't be much easier. Step out the side door and you'll have your toes in the sand just a few minutes later, making early morning walks, spontaneous afternoon swims, and evening trips to the beach part of the everyday routine. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also less than a ten-minute walk or five-minute bike ride away, while Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, golf, dining, shopping, and miles of bike paths are all easily accessible.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, and friends looking for comfortable accommodations exceptionally close to the beach. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 7 comfortably // 1 King bed // 1 Queen bed // 1 Full bed // 1 Twin bed. Three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide inviting accommodations for families and friends, with luxury BESTNEST linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of room to settle in for the week.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The renovated kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you're packing lunch for the beach or gathering around the table for dinner. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make cooking at home easy. A convenient serving area with wine refrigerator provides additional space for drinks, snacks, and entertaining.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Third-row beach location, screened porch, open deck with gas grill, renovated kitchen, dedicated laundry room, open living and dining spaces, serving area with wine refrigerator, no carpet throughout the home, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, four televisions, and convenient access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, golf, dining, shopping, and bike paths throughout Sea Pines.

BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step out the side door and you'll have your toes in the sand in approximately two to three minutes. The Sea Pines Beach Club is also less than a ten-minute walk or approximately five minutes by bike. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

We had a great family vacation at 8 laughing gull. House is well appointed and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 5. Sea pines is a great location. We rented bikes and rode all thru the area. Really enjoyable beach vacation.

When we arrived, the lamps were already lit throughout the house, creating such a warm first impression. The space was the perfect size for our family of four and our pup, and it was impeccably clean. You’d never know pets had stayed there before.We especially loved the screened‐in porch and the convenient beach access path right out the front door between the neighboring homes. BESTNEST truly went above and beyond with the essentials, stocking the house with items that are often overlooked—trash bags, tissues, coffee filters, and more. It’s such a relief to start a vacation without having to run to the store for basics.They also left a thoughtful welcome basket filled with goodies, and their responsiveness was excellent. When a bit of water leaked through a door after some exterior pressure washing, they came over immediately to inspect and clean up. Check‐in and checkout were seamless and stress‐free.We’ve rented in Sea Pines many times, but this home—and our experience with BESTNEST—was by far the most enjoyable.

The location of this property is ideal - short walk to the beach, nice walk to Sea Pines Beach Club and the nearby golf club. Easy bike ride to Sea Pines center for coffee and lunch. Short car ride to Harbor Town or Lands End area. Property was in good shape. Layout was very good for remote work requirements. Nice cluster of houses in on this side street. Was a great post-labor day getaway week for us.
