House was great! Lots of space. Well stocked and great features.

Overall our party of 18 thought this house was amazing! If the owner could expand what all is included for supplies I wouldn’t have had to contact owner so many times. Like pack and plays and high chairs and spare propane tank in garage. If you don’t see it on the listing just ask because owner has thought of everything. Also has a mr coffee and a keurig which is nice.. never once felt crowded with all ofUs there. I could not recommend this place enough for a large group!

Great house for large groups. All 5 couples were able to have a King bedroom with private walk in shower. House was clean and as described. Great location to get anywhere on the island.

This house was perfect for our vacation. We comfortably fit 4 families. The kitchen, bar seating and dining seating was great for everyone gathering together. The screened in porch was so nice to have. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms. All rooms have a spacious bathroom. The house is just a short distance from the beach. Maybe a 5 minute walk or less. House was stocked with plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. The pool and hot tub were a hit and SO FUN for all ages. Host was so kind and got back to me about questions. She also provided local recommendations. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone looking

It took us over 2 1/2 years to coordinate family members availability and we decided on this VRBO in Hilton Head. We came from Rochester, NY, Garner, NC and Fuquay Varina,NC and we had a fabulous time. This property is absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of our needs giving us great family time and alone time when needed. We rented bikes and that was a great decision because everyone rode all around seeing the beach, alligators and some fancy birds. The pool was a real treat that everyone enjoyed. The kids had fun planning a family pool and dance party in the rec room and it was just great to spend time with family all together. This was the perfect location and house. Thanks so much

We had a fantastic stay. 3 families and there was plenty of space and a bathroom for each bedroom. Short walk to the beach. Bike trails easy to access. Host was responsive and helpful. Electronics could use updating as we had some trouble with TVs and speakers but so minor. We would definitely stay again!

The host was amazinf and attentive. This house is perfect for the active family and the family focused on relaxation. Within a close walk to the beach, tennis, basketball and open fields. The house offers lots of nooks and crannies to escape when you need sone quiet time. The kitchen had everything! All 16 of us had a blast!

My four children plus spouses and 8 grandchildren had not been together in 3 years. The house accommodated 18 of us very comfortably. The house was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. My boys love to cook and grill. The two dishwashers made it extra easy! We loved the entire week! Kids and adults loved pool and we all loved beach.

Wonderful home and location. Wonderful hosts. Short walk to the beautiful beach (5 min brisk pace). The house is wonderfully supplied with linens, kitchenware and beach items - everything we needed! Thank you Mackie for a fantastic stay!

This home is outstanding!! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus!!! The owners thought of every detail and they were so quick to respond to every question or request that we had. We look forward to having our group stay here again in the future!!

The home is lovely. There's plenty of sitting areas for everyone to spread out when they want some space. The kitchen has eveything necessary prepare meals for large groups. Great location

The home was prefect for our growing family. we were able to cook most meals during our stay with the home having all the cookware we needed. The grill was great. Easy access to beach with the home located on a dead end road. The park and bike paths next door were amazing. - We have gone on many beach vacations with our family over the years - This home and beach location has moved to the top of our list! We hope to make it back next year.

We booked this beautiful home for a friend reunion !We are all seniors in our 70’s and chose this home because of the 5 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This home has a well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Pool & hot tub were perfect and in the sunshine ! Mackie addressed any concerns promptly and she was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to a beautiful beach and a park. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the wonders of Hilton Head Island!

We have rented numerous houses in several different locations, and this is the first one that not only checked every box we had, but lived up to all the expectations in the listing and photos. The house had everything we needed for our 4 families and 10 kids ranging in ages 11-1. The size of the house was perfect, the king suites and bunk rooms were incredible, my wife is still talking about how comfortable the mattress was in our room. The beach was a very short walk, the pool was perfect, and TV's were everywhere! We had some trouble with the Dish, so if it was smart TV, we just connected to our streaming services. The fridge and the bathroom on the main floor by the pool was a game changer for all the kids. To top it off, the host was the most responsive, kind, and informative host I have ever had. Any questions I had seemed like they got answered instantly. We had no issues because everything was perfect, but I am confident that if we had, she would have resolved it immediately.

Clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated, plenty of room to spread out and the perfect kitchen and dining area to gather together! Thoughtful linens, towels and even beach towels! A sweet heated pool for lazy afternoons with the kids! Our family vacation could not have been better.

For our number of family members and the age range this property is perfect. The common space easily accomodated our 20. The kitchen size made breakfast making for multiple families easy. The pool was a good finisher after a day at the beach or alternative. The beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk and the mat on the sand mademuch easier.

Amazing house with all of the amenities you could need! We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one was stocked with the essentials beyond our expectations!! The location was also perfect! Perfect mix of quiet and relaxing while still close enough to any action you may need! Not a single complaint!
