According to the ADA, our HOA has the right to ban all animals. even registered service dogs because we are a private community with no walk up hotel like accommodations.. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the community, including vaping or medical marijuana. This 2 BR and 2 full bath unit has a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room and a Pack-N-Play. It sleeps 6-8 guests, but a maximum of 6 adults is allowed. The front BR has a Queen bed and full size futon. The master BR has a King bed with ensuite bathroom..
