    The condo was clean and cute with a comfortable layout and furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a nice deck overlooking a wooded area with limited views of the 12th hole. The tennis court was grimy and unkept. The pool deck area and pool was covered in leaves and needles. Plan on playing tennis somewhere else. I recommend bringing your own beach chairs. The location was great!

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Pines. We were there to attend the RBC Heritage , so the location was perfect. The house clean and spacious. Management was a pleasure, we arrived ealy and called to see if we could get in early and it wasn't a problem which is so nice after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay again at 599 Hall .

    I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Jessica and team were super responsive and the place was beautiful and very close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I visit HHI.

    Our stay was less than pleasant. So many things... we were told three weeks before our Christmas/New Year's stay that our building would be undergoing exterior painting over the holiday. No one can prevent rainy days, but on other days, we endured plastic covering our view out of all windows for three entire days. Along with painters covering our cars in plastic which were parked right in front of the unit. They should have asked us to move our cars. Many other little things; less than stellar cleanliness, many lamps that didn't work, bikes that had to be changed out, etc.. I would not book a stay in this unit ever again. On the other hand, the view, of the golf course albeit the painters and rain, was lovely.

    The pool area left a lot to be desired. Pool was dirty including the area around the pool. I like pools and this was very disappointin.

    The property was in a great location. It was right near the pool and easy to get in and out of the parking area. We enjoyed the layout and even joyed the rinsing area on the porch, which came in handy with sand from the beach. The only thing I would say needs more attention is the number of bugs. There was WAY to many roaches and spiders inside and outside of the property. It might need to be sprayed. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

    The place was great - is getting dated but otherwise it’s clean and comfortable. Was nice to have the chairs for the beach to use so we didn’t have to travel with our own. No fault at all of the unit or the property owner but the pool was pretty gross during our stay (the water, the deck and the furniture all looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time). The pool location couldn’t be better for this unit. I would suggest to the property manager to help renters know more about beach access proactively. Knowing our access was through the beach club would have saved us time and headache, and most importantly knowing that they have very limited access to parking with the type of sea pines pass we had. If you’re not there VERY early you won’t get to park there…we went as early as 8:00 and we’re turned away…and the guys working the lot are clearly told to be hard…they were not even a little friendly in telling you to go find somewhere else to park or catch a trolley. The location of the unit on the island is great though (sea pines)…easy access to the harbour and other island attractions.
