Guests may use one space in the 2-car garage. Guests may enter the home either through the front door, with its spacious front porch, or through the garage door.brbrInside our home, you may relax in our spacious living room and play board games, talk with friends and family, or enjoy a tv show or movie (tv is Roku-enabled for guest accounts). Our laundry room includes a brand new washer and dryer for guest use and has ample storage with a large row of cabinets.brbrThe queen bedroom includes comfortable bedding and two large closets for guest use. There is a second desk and chair in this bedroom to provide more working space for your convenience, and a nightstand and lamp. This bedroom also has a television for guests to enjoy at the end of a long day (Roku enabled for guest accounts).brbrAlong this hallway is the first bathroom, which includes modern new finishes, a single vanity, a toilet, and a tub/shower combination. brbrAcross the hallway is the master bedroom, which includes its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, toilet, and single vanity with a sleek vessel sink. brbrGuests may enjoy the comfort of resting in our plush king sized bed. This room includes two nightstands with accompanying lamps, a large closet, and a spacious dresser for storage. Atop the dresser is a second television, which is also equipped with Roku for guests to log into their accounts.brbrOne of the most unique aspects of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. Mature trees line the back of the house alongside the patio area, where you can enjoy watching the birds at our numerous feeders. This truly is a woodland oasis for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy. When we say fully stocked, we mean that we provide little things to make your time with us more comfortable, we pay close attention to detail, and we strive to keep all things in 'like new' condition.br*An additional note:brSome guests have mentioned that the neighborhood is a bit “run down”. It is definitely a lower middle class area, but many of the neighbors have been in residence for decades (including those on either side of CH- in fact, Ms Margaret has lived in the same house next door since the 1960’s!) ) and they do upkeep their yards and homes and look out for one another. We have come to know several of the neighbors and have always felt safe, even late at night. While some homes a block or two away are not as well kept, there are also a few new homes being built (Greenville is growing rapidly). Additionally, there is a street lamp on the edge of our property so it well-lit at night.brSo please come and enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious covered deck off the kitchen overlooking the large, fenced-in back yard. All major arteries of transportation are conveniently nearby. All guests will enjoy the spacious covered and screened-in porch and the private fenced backyard, as well as a storage unit for bikes and other recreational gear one may want to protect from the elements. brbrThe home is tastefully furnished, and supplied with spa quality amenities. It is a low allergen house with hard surfaces throughout. The owners are allergic to both dust mites and skin irritants, so care is given to lower the incidence of common allergens. For that reason absolutely NO pets are allowed. brbrThe house has two off street parking spaces. Nearby there is a Neighborhood Walmart, and a Publix, and a Harris Teeter just down the road. The checkout cleaning is included in your fee, however there are required cleanings every 2 weeks. The first 2 week cleaning is complementary. For guests who stay 6 or more weeks, there will be an additional cleaning fee which varies depending on time required to clean, but won’t ever exceed $150.
