Living area has a comfy sectional couch that pulls out to a queen size bed, and it overlooks a 55 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen and dining area contain everything you need for prepping and enjoying any meal. Upstairs contains a washer and dryer, and two identical size bedrooms, each with their own queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. This townhome is part of a new Duplex, and has an identical townhome right next-door. There is a nice spacious backyard that is shared with the townhome next door. br Its within walking distance to the main attractions downtown such as; Fluor Field, Gather Greenville, Fall's Park, Liberty Bridge, and Peace Center. Also, within close proximity to St. Francis Hospital. Great location to enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. You can either walk to places downtown or take a very quick car ride.
