Everything about this place is perfect. The host is great. Communicates incredibly well and cares about you having a great stay.

Stayed for the 2nd time, this time for Thanksgiving with local family. The house couldn't be more perfect for us! Blackout curtains for the kiddo, an awesome kitchen for fixing some meals (and sides to share on turkey day)We love the location, and I'm now on a mission to find the pillows from the beds so I can get them at home too! Check in and check out are easy peasy, and the seasonal decorations are so cute! My favorite thing, though, is the little touches... The floss and toothpaste in case we forgot ours, the spices and basic first aid stuff in the cabinet... You can tell the owners really care about the guests! I'm honestly hoping to be able to snag this place again for our next trip out to visit!

I think this is the most well stocked VRBO I have ever been too. The little snacks and waters are usually typical but all of the extras with the coffee bar, Kleenex, shampoo and noise machines for the bedrooms were amazing and thoughtful. The place was so cute and comfortable for a family trip. We had family stop by for a few hours as well and there was great kitchen space and outdoor space to hang out and catch up. Wonderful place to stay!!

The home and hosts were wonderful. The amenities are excellent and everything was well thought out. The floor plan of the home was well laid out and we had a great stay! Hope to be back.

Well stocked kitchen with coffe options, ice and h20 fridge ( I appreciated). Tea kettle loved.Perfect size on one levelGreat homey touches!!

If I could give this house 15 stars, I would. Chris is so great at communication. The house literally has EVERYTHING you need. This is my first time feeling like I was totally comfortable with everything. Proximity to Furman and other places was great. The house felt clean and well thought out. I waa beyond pleased. Would 100% stay again!!

Great location to get to downtown Greenville. This was the most well stocked VRBO we’ve stayed at. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would recommend this as a place to stay!!

Really a perfect place. Conveniently located, very clean, very well appointes. Host were very communicative. Not a single thing was missed - down to hairspray and mousse! We’ll be booking again while our daughtee is at Furman University.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. We are in the 55 age group and have stayed in multiple VRBO homes over the years, but this one is special. Our hosts have honestly thought of EVERYTHING!. The home was spotless. Comfortably furnished. We slept like babies and had anything we might need at our finger tips. And let me say for clarity. This is not leftovers from previous guests, I am talking thoughtfully chosen necessities you would have in your own home, new and carefully organized, ready if you need it. We were all so impressed. We will definitely book again when we return to Greenville!thought of EVERYTHING!

This cottage is adorable inside! The host has made it special with much consideration. Snacks, coffee, creamers, hygiene products, firewood - they thought of everything! The neighborhood gave me pause when I first arrived but I felt safe and fine once I settled in. The barking dog next door was annoying until she got used to me there. I would stay here again for the coziness!

We absolutely loved our staycation here. Incredible attention to detail and comfort. For example the kitchen wasn't only stocked it was organized and plus multiple outlets. Had everything we needed and more. The host definitely made our stay feel like a home away from home.

The house was perfect for our family of 3, visiting extended family over the Christmas holiday this year.The place was clean, had fantastic furniture and decor, and the kitchen had everything I could want.I've seen some comments about the neighborhood, and want to say that at no time did we feel unsafe or uneasy. The neighborhood was great, and we had no concerns. It might not be the most affluent area, but it was certainly safe and I had no concerns letting our 7yo play in the back yard alone.I hope this rental is available for our next trip to visit family in Greenville, all other rentals will pale in comparison to this one!

Perfect fit for a family of 4

The property was super cute with more supplies provided than any other place we have stayed. We brought a lot of our own stuff but didn't even have to unpack a lot of it. Neat clean and well decorated. Chris and Thomas were friendly and helpful and the WiFi problem we had was handled to our satisfaction. The only pause we had is that the area was not what we were use to but was fine.

It fit our purpose of our trip perfectly. Nice place.

Immaculate - above and beyond clean. Thoughtful - The hosts have gone out of their way to ensure you have more than enough for a lovely stay. After a nine hour drive, arriving here was nicer than arriving home. The home was spotless with snacks on the counter and cool drinks in the fridge. It's as if they knew we would have a travel weary 7 year old and were ready for us. There are other small touches throughout that made you feel like you were staying with someone who cared. When we arrived at our next stop, we sorely missed this place and wanted to return. It was such a blessing to stay here.
