EXPERIENCE A RETREAT IN THE HEART OF IT ALL!!

My children and I moved back to the area this past summer. We stayed at 8 Bradley for several months while making our next home arrangements. We really enjoyed staying at the Bradley and especially loved the back porch. The location is great, and the owners are kind and good communicators. I recommend this property to other families looking for a place to stay.

We live in the area and were renovating our house so we needed a place close by to rent so that we could get our kids to school and get to work while the renovations were happening. The property owner was excellent with communication...she checked in to make sure we had what we needed and checked in on occasion during the five weeks we stayed. The house was quite roomy, we were able to spread out and get the work done that we needed to since two of us work from home. The beds are extremely comfortable the kitchen was well stocked it was nice to have a washer and dryer too. the cleaning personnel came halfway through our stay and did a nice thorough cleaning including washing the towels. We even got a box of snacks sent to us via Amazon from the owner. She was very responsive when we had trouble with the automatic locking system and had someone over to fix it immediately. The screened in back porch is quite lovely and a great place to hang out or even work when the weather was nice. The location was excellent being very close to the downtown scene and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We had a great experience here. Good location. Very clean. Owner is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Property manager was constantly sending me text messages. Informing me that I was being watched. Installed an additional camera in a General seating area. Threatened to call the police if I didn’t uncover the camera. People entered the house while I was away and while I was there. VRBO promised to refund our stay and did not. We ended up leaving 5 days before checkout because of invasion of privacy. Cameras on front door and in sunroom also have microphones so that property owner could listen. Microphone was used to inform us if the camera wasn’t uncovered the police would be called to the property. Property owner complained to me that we were “over the top” with coming back to the house late on a Saturday night. The property was clean and close to where we wanted to be for location. We paid for a 30 minimum stay. Nothing was refunded, even after we were told by VRBO we would be. When we filed a complaint, the property owner sent numerous Insulting text messages and called 8 times! All were Ignored, per VRBO request. A week later we find out that VRBO has decided to not refund our stay. Because technically the Sunroom is a “back porch” and the property owner is allowed to place security cameras there. Property owner has since deleted the property listing from VRBO not allowing us to review our time spent there.

We LOVED staying here. The location is great, the house is super clean and well-kept. We appreciated all the amenities and thoughtfulness, including blowdryers in each bathroom and miniature toiletries. The owners were very communicative and helpful, and even opened up the doors slightly early for us so we could attend a rehearsal dinner without carrying our bags with us to the venue! We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to visit Greenville!

Property was very clean and the best stocked vrbo I have ever stayed in. It had everything you could ever want from a short term rental. I was very impressed.

Five of us came to Greensboro for a teachers conference. We were thrilled to be able to stay at this VRBO instead of at a hotel. The price was better and the accommodations were way better. We were very pleased with this property! There was room for all of us and it was very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back porch and found the amenities to be very accommodating.
